£250,000,000 5.250% SENIOR UNSECURED BULLET BONDS DUE 2036 (THE “BONDS”)

On Wednesday, 5 November 2025, the Issuer priced a £250,000,000 issue of unsecured bullet bonds due 2036 (the “Bonds”). The Issuer intends to use the proceeds of the Bonds for working capital and other general corporate purposes.

Settlement and delivery of the Bonds is expected to take place on or about 12 November 2025.
