£250,000,000 5.250% SENIOR UNSECURED BULLET BONDS DUE 2036 (THE “BONDS”)

Further to the announcement released by the Issuer on 6 November 2025, the Issuer has today published the prospectus dated 10 November 2025 in relation to the Bonds (the “Prospectus”).
